Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with our property management services as outlined in our agreement.
You are responsible for all payments due under the agreement, regardless of whether you use the property management services.
Confidentiality
We will keep confidential any information you provide to us in connection with our property management services.
We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties, except as required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our property management services.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our property management services.
Our liability to you will be limited to the amount you paid for our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate our agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, we will provide you with a final accounting of any fees or charges owed.
Governing Law
Our agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the property is located.
